Physiotherapy Services: What you can expect from us:

1 You will always be seen by a qualified physiotherapist, registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) who will examine and treat you in line with the HPC and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) strict code of practice. After examination the physiotherapist will explain their assessment of your complaint, proposing treatment if appropriate, explaining what is involved, any risks and if possible give you an estimate of the number of treatment sessions needed and the time period required. You may decline any of the treatments proposed, without prejudice.

2 Your consultation and treatment will always be on a one to one basis and in the privacy of the treatment room.

3 Your appointment/s will be scheduled according to your needs to the best of our ability according to the workload.

4 A letter maybe sent to your GP or referrer unless you request otherwise, and you will be asked to sign a form consenting to this.

5 Anyone may book an appointment. This should be done by telephone on 07718 541 554. A referral from a GP is not necessarily needed, unless a medical insurance claim is to be made for the cost of the treatment. TOP

Patient Information

1 You will supply any information as needed by the physiotherapist to enable them to effectively treat you.

2 Arriving late for an appointment may result in you receiving a shorter treatment. Full payment will still be required.

3 Payment will normally be made at the time of treatment unless previous arrangement has been made.

4 Any invoices are to be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.

5 Late cancellation will result in a charge being made. At least 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel an appointment and avoid a cancellation fee. TOP
